Client-IP from Crescendo creates a single point of access for Clients or associate healthcare professionals who need to access medical reports in a timely manner.

Mission


To simplify and improve the process of verifying the progress of a dictation. This remote data access application can also be used to provide fingertip access to Department Supervisors and Lead Transcriptionists.

The Client-IP intuitive user interface provides an easy-to-use job list display that offers:

  • A detailed description on each job with a Preview mode (clients can see the report as well as play the dictation)
  • Customizable display to each user's preference
  • Multi-level search based on numerous report criteria

Delivery


Client-IP users can deliver files through print, fax, or e-mail. These functions can be restricted on a per user basis. Delivery privileges can also be defined on a Facility, Department, or Work Type level. This additional security feature provides organizations with the flexibility for controlling delivery of Subject sensitive information.

Work in progress


Clients can even access and play a dictation that is still pending transcription. If the Author is granted the appropriate privileges, job details can even be modified. The priority of the job, the status, Author or Work Type ID can be corrected or changed if so needed.

Client-IP operates through the Crescendo Wide Area Service, a secure gateway for data access, guaranteeing:

  • No files or databases are stored locally
  • Authorized user access to the system is available at all times, and from any location
