iAdmin (formerly iViewer): your ultimate web-based application for data access
The third component of the iPlatform series, iAdmin is a web application designed to facilitate the review and delivery process of professional reports.
Mission
To provide an alternative, low cost method for report access, editing, playback, delivery and distribution over the Internet.
A concentrated version of the Client-IP Data Access expert features, iAdmin provides richer functionality than offered in ASP-type products and allows clients or other Departmental users to play, edit, deliver and distribute their work in real-time, from any location, using one single interface.
Integrated voice and data access
Thanks to its integrated Master View, iAdmin allows you to search for both reports and their associated voice files, which can be played immediately using your Windows Media Player toolbar. The use of voice streaming technology eliminates delays in voice transfer.
The resulting Microsoft Word reports (with client logos, report and font formatting, headers and footers, copy stamps, etc.) can then be edited.
Report distribution
Once edited, the report can be delivered through print, fax, or e-mail by clicking a button on the Master View or directly from Microsoft Word. These functions can be restricted on a per user basis or on a Facility, Department, or Report Type level, providing organizations with the flexibility for controlling delivery of sensitive information.
Security
iAdmin supports all Crescendo security settings, such as password hashing and re-use, document encryption and password protection. Moreover, the use of voice streaming technology eliminates duplication of files, thereby ensuring increased reliability of data while preventing offline data aging issues. This additional, exclusive Crescendo security layer guarantees access to consistent, up-to-date information at all times.
