Veitch Penny opts for Crescendo as preferred digital dictation and workflow system supplier


Sunbury-on-Thame, July 20, 2006 - Following a very successful pilot in the firm's insurance department, South-West based Veitch Penny Solicitors have now begun rolling out the Crescendo DigiScribe-XL digital dictation, transcription, and workflow management software solution to over 50 fee-earners and secretaries in their Exeter office.

After trialling other systems on the market, Veitch Penny decided that the Crescendo systems had much more to offer in terms of workflow routing logic and supervisor control over busy workloads. Competitive products lacked the management and control the firm needed to ensure an even distribution of work and more importantly a reduction in time spent on document generation.
