Formation of Crescendo Systems Limited

LAVAL, Quebec - November 1, 2003 - Crescendo Systems Holdings of Canada, parent of Crescendo Systems Corporation which designs, produces and markets world leading ‘DigiScribe' digital dictation, transcription and electronic distribution solutions, is delighted to announce that it has formed UK-based Crescendo Systems Limited. Additionally, it has also acquired the client base of DigiVoice Limited, based in Hampton, Middlesex, England, exclusive dealer of the Crescendo ‘DigiScribe' range of DDS solutions in the UK.

DigiVoice Limited, specializing in providing dictation solutions to the legal market, has distinguished itself by providing feature rich and reliable systems to its client base. DigiVoice has over the past year made substantial advances in this market, which Crescendo plans to aggressively build on.
