iTranscriber Released for Beta

LAVAL, Quebec - October 12, 2003 - iTranscriber is Crescendo new application for voice playback and online transcription. iTranscriber was designed specifically for transcription services, law firms, insurance and commercial agencies.

iTranscriber allows users to be up and running almost instantaneously. It operates on Active Server Pages (ASP) and is the first product developed by Crescendo on the Microsoft .NET platform.

Designed to simplify the transcription cycle, a report can be completed in three easy steps: data collection, transcription, and comments. Dictation is played back with the low cost option of the Microsoft Media Player, and voice is streamed to the user. This allows for immediate playback from any point in the voice file.

iTranscriber is currently in beta, and will be released in January 2004.
