This award, delivered by LAVAL TECHNOPOLE EXPORT, the Business Development Bank of Canada, Canada Economic Development, Export Development Canada, the ministère du Développement économique de l'Innovation et de l'Exportation, honors the company's excellence in diversifying their foreign markets and supporting the Laval, Quebec, economy. Crescendo, which started addressing the documentation needs of the US healthcare sector back in 1990, now also successfully serves other dictation and transcription intensive environments such as law firms, law enforcement agencies, banks and insurance companies across six countries. Philips Speech Recognition Marketing Award - Vienna, April 7, 2006
