Mission
To provide the Supervisor with complete control over the entire transcription workflow, productivity levels and MedRite-XL system parameters while seamlessly handling the most demanding distribution needs. The MedRite-XL Console is the most advanced Medical Transcription Workflow Management system currently available on the marketplace.
Extensive tracking and data management
The system records detailed logs of every major activity on the system (report creation, editing, receipt, export, etc.) regardless of whether it was user or system initiated. Most of the logs are intended for troubleshooting purposes and the most important activities are tracked and noted under History folders that are available to the Supervisor.
MedRite-XL Console also provides and maintains an almost unlimited number of data fields that can be configured and included in the Subject demographic database for future reference.
Billing and pay management
The MedRite-XL Console provides extensive possibilities for setting count and pay factors for each Transcriptionist:
- Valid characters
- Base pay rate
- Count type
- Work Type
- Author incentives
Pay and billing can also be configured to reflect the fact that a voice recognition engine is being used. The Transcriptionist profile can be set up to only compensate for corrections (actual typed reports), per report, or on an hourly basis.
Multi-client transcription
A Transcriptionist may also earn different rates for working on different Work Types for various clients. Each client may also set an individual charge factor, character inclusion/exclusion, count type, whether they are charged for headers/footers, printing, faxing and so forth.
Automated report distribution
MedRouter is an integrated component of MedRite-XL that automatically handles all distribution, imports and exports, and supervises transcribed files so that you don't have to.
MedRouter controls the automated printing, faxing and e-mailing of transcribed reports and exports MedRite-XL documents into other formats as needed (Microsoft Word, ASCII or RTF). Supervisors also have the option of setting up distribution methods on an individual basis or by Work Type, including print, fax and e-mail.
MedRouter now offers a unique integration with OM Plus to secure the delivery of medical reports to the point-of-care. By providing "assured delivery" of the print job to the printer's output tray, OM Plus puts an end to such issues as document loss, late delivery or delivery failures, thereby enhancing patient safety.Transcription outsourcing management
