Over the Phone - landline or mobile. Authors simply dial a specific number and are immediately connected to the central dictation system. They are then prompted for their identification number as well as a case number before they can start recording. The dictation can be played or suspended at any time stop at any time and resumed at a later time. Voice prompts can be customized to meet your firm's specific needs.
On their PC / Laptop. Authors equipped with computers can dictate using a PC microphone while taking advantage of the advanced dictation features offered by the DigiDictate-IP application. Using a Digital Mobile Recorder. As soon the Author docks the device, DigiService-IP automatically streams the voice files to the main server in real-time and routes it to the next available secretary according to the assigned priority level. Using a Pocket PC. DigiDictate-CE offers advanced dictation functionality for pocket PC format, allowing Authors to finalize the voice file (i.e.: play, edit, insert, overwrite, delete, and add cue marks) and sign it off all in the palm on their hand.
