Over the Phone - landline or mobile. Authors simply dial a specific number and are immediately connected to the central dictation system. They are then prompted for their identification number as well as a case number before they can start recording. The digital dictation can be played, suspended or stopped at any time and then resumed at a later time. Voice prompts can be customized to meet your firm's specific needs.
On their PC / Laptop. Authors equipped with computers can dictate using a PC microphone while taking advantage of the advanced dictation features offered by the DigiDictate-IP application. Using a Digital Mobile Recorder.
