Dynamic routing assignment

Thanks to DigiRouter, a powerful, automated workflow utility, DigiConsole can schedule and route jobs by any criteria:

  • Author
  • Transcriptionist
  • Work Type
  • Department

Once dictations have been created, they are automatically routed to the appropriate Transcriptionist. DigiRouter continuously monitors the aging of untranscribed work and compares them to defined turnaround criteria. When reports exceed these levels, the system automatically changes the priority, thereby ensuring that these jobs are transcribed first.

Alarms


Alarms can also be set to automatically change the priority of a dictation should it exceed its turnaround or trigger time, ensuring that no deadline is missed.
