"When I first heard about the Crescendo dictation system, I was interested to find out more. I needed to find a system that would satisfy all of our professional staff. When Crescendo came to do the demonstration I was very impressed and felt that this would be a system that had options that the firm would be able to utilize presently and into the future.

Our Crescendo system was installed on May 5th, 2004. The transition period went over very smoothly with little interruption to our busy work flow. Everyone absolutely loves the Crescendo dictation system for a number of reasons such as: clearer dictations, the ease of finding the dictation, being able to go back and edit the dictation. These are just some of the features as there are many.

As for myself, I can easily track the work flow, do aging reports and transfer files without leaving my room. In my opinion, it was a good investment."
