Law firm speeds up document creation process thanks to Crescendo digital dictation system
After a successful pilot in the firm's Abingdon Head Office, Hodsons Solicitors chose to roll-out DigiScribe-XL across all five offices and all departments (Conveyancing, Personal Injury and Family) to streamline their entire documentation workflow.

As for the firm's 18 Secretaries, "they too don't get disturbed and asked about the progress of work. They can also manage their workload how it suits them", insists Mr. Amaan. Secretaries are now working with top-of-the-line sound quality recordings while benefiting from total fingertip control and extensive customisation features. The use of voice streaming technology eliminates the need to download files manually while allowing real-time voice playback, paving the way to significant improvements in document turnaround. What's more, the system automatically manages priorities and alarms, ensuring that no deadline is missed.
