Technical Trainer

Corporate Headquarters - Laval, QC

The Technical Trainer will be responsible for delivering a series of 1-Day, 2-Day and 3-Day workshops in various cities throughout the Canada and the United States and in our training center. Class sizes will vary with attendees typically being network administrators and infrastructure specialists.

Some workshop and instructional material is provided and will focus primarily on new products or new versions of Crescendo products.

  • Travel requirements: occasional travel to the US and Canada

Education / Experience

Successful candidates should fulfill the following requirements:
  • Relevant post-Secondary degree or diploma
  • College degree in computer studies
  • 2 years minimum industry experience
  • Solid database background including SQL
  • Experience with communication software
  • Knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to prepare training materials
  • Fluency in both English and French
