Senior Software Architect

The ideal candidate must be self-directed and able to analyze system specifications translate system requirements to task specifications as well as provide guidance to team members. He/she will be asked to plan, analyze, design, test and document highly complex software and contribute to system integration. He/she should also be able to understand, utilize, and improve the internal processes and software development tools. His/her responsibilities will include making decisions that may have significant impact on cost, schedule, and technical performance. Likewise, he/she will act as a mentor to more junior engineers in additional areas, including project planning and execution, as well as generate engineering estimates on complex software designs. Other responsibilities will include the ability to estimate, track, and report project costs and schedules in addition to providing input to technical & product roadmaps.
