Central Legal Office chooses DigiScribe-XL for their dictation needs

"We carefully selected Crescendo from a number of other suppliers, based on the built in security and stability their server and desktop dictation solutions offered. Our work is highly confidential and often deadline critical and so moving over to a digital system makes maximum protection and availability of this information of paramount importance. Their software has a proven track record for performance and reliability, and so the decision to select this product was made quite easy.
"We initially started the project with just 10 users in the Litigation department. Every user adapted to the new way of working in a matter of hours, and after just the first week of the trial, using the system had become second nature. The increased speed of dictation creation and the visibility of secretarial workloads made a huge difference to our workload, as well as the "user friendly" nature of this system.
Now that we have completed the rollout of the software throughout the CLO, each secretarial department PA, can view the overall amount of work in their area, using the DigiScribe-XL "Workflow Manager" screen. Now they can manage their workloads more easily than before, and, if necessary, re-prioritise work or even transfer work to other departments, to ensure a fast turnaround on our legal documents.
